About me
I help organizations grow by focusing on what often determines whether strategy actually works: people, communication and culture.
For over 15 years, I have worked in international, matrix organizations such us Credit Suisse, UBS, BNP Paribas and GE/BPH across project management, employee experience, communications and business operations. I have supported global employee experience programs, led human capital initiatives, coordinated leadership forums, developed executive communication materials, and helped teams create more clarity, structure and alignment. My background gives me a rare perspective: I understand both the emotional reality of teams and the operational systems that shape how people actually work.
My work sits at the intersection of people and culture, communication and engagement, leadership and trust, governance and accountability, strategy and everyday execution.
I believe culture is not created by slogans. It is created through daily behaviors: how leaders communicate, how feedback is given, how decisions are made, how people are recognized, and how teams deal with pressure, change and ambiguity.
